A cooking show? I don’t remember much about this curious video artifact. Have you ever come across a picture that you don’t remember taking or a note you don’t remember writing. This video is the equivalent of that for me. I found this on a DVD compilation Sharpied with the date April 7, 2005. From what I can remember, Joyce Dale had asked me to film an audition tape she was sending to a TV show looking for contestants. Watching this has made me hungry and curious about making the dish. It’s also made me think about the curious art of the Cooking Show and how wonderful it is to see the cooking time shortened through editing. Bon appetit.
